Oficial Admvo Nomina Country: Mexico 1. Atender las llamadas y/o requerimientos referentes a Nomina de las cuales tenga la facultad de resolver en línea, a) Gestionar desbloqueos o reactivaciones de usuarios de enlace por inactividad. 2. Gestionar el seguimiento de entrega de tarjetas de nómina y/o prepago así como informar, si el cliente así lo desea, el saldo al día de dichas tarjeta. 3. Otorgar apoyo a los clientes que soliciten ayuda para la dispersión de nómina dentro y fuera del horario de servicio gestionando con las áreas correspondientes que la dispersión quede realizada en tiempo y forma. a) Gestión de reversos de Nomina en línea.
