Job Description: Job Description Plan, organize and coordinate business development and recruitment related program for agency force to achieve company target in both production and headcount growth Plan, organize and deliver training program/ workshop on sales and recruitment and facilitate team building to agency force Develop and maintain relationship with agency leaders to obtain good co-operation from agency force for implementation of company’s strategy To motivate agency leaders and recruiters by consultation, experience sharing and practical skills sharing Monitor the performance of districts and agency leaders.
