Assist with examination of Sarbanes–Oxley compliance by performing controls testing (design and effectiveness) within key business processes. Ensure SOX testing and evidence is sufficient to attain and support conclusions. Assist with COSO component documentation and testing. Consult with Management on continuous improvement opportunities for the Internal Audit Department.
