Axos Business Center, Corp About This Job Provide clerical and administrative support for the organization's training function. Ensuring timely updates of organizational training records within a learning management system. Creating and managing learning events, sessions, and courses within a learning management system. Managing the coordination of learner communication, training materials, facilities, schedules and equipment within the department. Identifying, configuring and assigning compliance related courses to enterprise in accordance with business unit/role requirements. Producing monthly and yearly training reports detailing attendees, progress, completions, and other relevant information. Liaising with employees, trainers and the management team to ensure training programs effectiveness. Supporting new hire orientation execution and additional ad hoc training initiatives. Assisting in evaluating employees' learning performance and related improvements.
