Group Facilitator Volunteer Location: Carlisle, Cumbria About Waythrough Waythrough provides specialist support across mental health, alcohol, drugs and related areas. We delivery high-quality, evidence-based services designed around the real needs of the people we serve. Every year, we support around 125,000 people through over 250 services - and it's all made possible by our 3,500 brilliant staff and volunteers. This is more than just a job – it’s a chance to build meaningful relationships and create lasting change. About The Role We are looking for volunteers to facilitate groups within our service. Groups last approx. 2 hours and are run weekly. Do you have a skill that you would like to share with our service users? This could be Arts and crafts, music, exercise, dance or any other skill that you have. Tasks include: Reporting any concerns, including safeguarding that may arise in the group. Work closely with the service manager to plan and evaluate sessions. Sharing feedback and suggesting improvements or ideas for future sessions Support the service manager with any tasks linked to the running of the group.
