About the Role Are you passionate about social media, content creation, and making a positive difference in your community? We're looking for a Marketing & Social Media Volunteer to help raise awareness of our Gambling Support Service and the support available to individuals and families affected by gambling-related harm. Working with our Marketing and Communications Team, you'll help develop engaging content, support campaigns and events, and promote our services across a range of digital and community channels. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on marketing experience while contributing to a meaningful cause. Key Duties Create engaging content for social media platforms. Support marketing campaigns and awareness-raising activities. Assist with the design and development of digital and printed promotional materials. Gather stories, testimonials, photographs, and other content to highlight the impact of our services. Contribute to newsletters, podcasts, and wider communications activity. Support the promotion of local events and community engagement initiatives. Help raise awareness of available support services and signpost individuals where appropriate. About You We're looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and reliable individual with an interest in marketing, communications, or social media. You will be confident communicating with a range of audiences and enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team. You'll be organised, proactive, and willing to learn new skills. Most importantly, you'll be approachable, professional, and committed to supporting people in a respectful and non-judgemental way.
