We are seeking an experienced Senior General Practitioner (Supervisor) to join our healthcare organization in Purwakarta, Indonesia. In this leadership role, you will provide clinical supervision, deliver high-quality patient care, and mentor junior medical staff. You will be responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations while maintaining the highest standards of medical practice and patient safety.
- Provide direct patient care through comprehensive medical consultations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
- Supervise and mentor junior general practitioners and medical staff, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and best practices
- Conduct clinical assessments and make sound medical decisions based on patient presentations and diagnostic findings
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Oversee quality assurance initiatives and implement clinical improvement programs within the practice
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and organizational policies
- Conduct staff performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to support professional development
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes and organizational efficiency
- Manage patient communication with professionalism and empathy, addressing concerns and building trust
- Participate in continuing medical education and stay current with medical advancements and best practices
- Medical Doctor (MD) degree.
- Holds a valid and active Medical Registration Certificate (STR).
- Holds valid ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support)certifications.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Practitioner, preferably in a clinic or hospital.
- Strong clinical knowledge and excellent patient care skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Able to work in a dynamic environment.
