We are seeking an experienced General Practitioner Senior (Supervisor) to join our healthcare organization in Ciujung, Indonesia. In this leadership role, you will provide clinical supervision, deliver high-quality patient care, and mentor junior medical staff. You will be responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations while maintaining the highest standards of medical practice and patient safety.
- Provide direct patient care through comprehensive medical consultations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
- Supervise and mentor junior general practitioners and medical staff, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and best practices
- Conduct clinical assessments and make sound medical decisions based on patient presentations and diagnostic findings
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Oversee quality assurance initiatives and implement clinical improvement programs within the practice
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and organizational policies
- Conduct staff performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to support professional development
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes and organizational efficiency
- Manage patient communication with professionalism and empathy, addressing concerns and building trust
- Participate in continuing medical education and stay current with medical advancements and best practices
- Valid medical license to practice as a General Practitioner in Indonesia
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in general medical practice
- Proven supervisory or leadership experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong clinical diagnostic and treatment expertise
- Proficiency in medical documentation and electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian healthcare regulations and standards
- Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make decisive clinical decisions under pressure
- Experience in staff training, mentoring, and performance management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented approach to medical practice and record-keeping
