Job Description Key Responsibilities Perform lab equipment maintenance and qualification activities Review and documentation of maintenance and qualification activities. Responsible for external service technician regarding on-time execution with required quality Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure its readiness for use. Participate in investigations, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Contribute to KPI tracking and quality-related documentation. Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and operational excellence. Follow HSE and quality requirements to maintain a safe and compliant working environment. Essential Requirements Education as Analyst, degree or vocational training in Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or a related scientific field. First experience in a laboratory environment, preferably within a regulated industry. Basic understanding of GMP/GxP practices or willingness to learn. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good communication and collaboration skills. Fluent German and basic English skills. Desirable Requirements Experience in Quality Control or analytical testing. Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry.
