Lead Change of Ownership and New Entity Creation processes from start to finish, helping ensure each franchise group has an ownership structure that supports its long-term success. Improve transaction efficiency through strong cross-functional project management, clear internal guides and materials, and coordinated tracking of key workstreams and milestones. Prepare and deliver presentations to executive-level audiences, internally and externally. Travel three to five times per year, based on business needs, to support refranchising deal negotiations efforts. Skills and Qualifications: Growth-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset with a positive attitude, willingness to roll up their sleeves, collaborative approach, and ability to adapt to the demands of a dynamic small-team environment. Bachelor's degree. 4+ years of experience in franchising, business development, finance, operations, or another related field.
