Support assessments of franchisee financial health and capitalization by analyzing relevant financial indicators and identifying potential areas of risk or opportunity. Conduct ad hoc financial and business analyses to evaluate strategic initiatives, changes in restaurant economics, cost pressures, sales performance, and other factors impacting restaurant profitability. Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Development, Marketing, and other teams to evaluate the financial impact of business initiatives and provide a profitability perspective to support decision-making. Identify opportunities to improve and automate profitability reporting, analytical tools, and processes to increase efficiency, scalability, and visibility across the region. Required Skills & Qualifications University degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or another quantitative or related field. 2-3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, business analytics, profitability, corporate finance, consulting, or a related field.
