Main Purpose: Brindar soporte integral en todos los procesos de Recursos Humanos en la planta de Bahía Blanca, actuando como nexo entre el equipo operativo y el corporativo. Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas, procedimientos y normativas laborales, garantizando una gestión eficiente y cercana a las necesidades del negocio. Key Responsibilities: Actuar como referente de Recursos Humanos en planta, brindando soporte diario al personal y líderes de área. Gestionar la administración del personal: altas, bajas, novedades para liquidación, control de ausentismo, ART, licencias, entre otros. Colaborar con el área de relaciones laborales en la gestión de temas sindicales y clima laboral. Mantener actualizada la documentación de legajos y sistemas internos de RRHH. Coordinar capacitaciones junto a Seguridad, Mantenimiento u otras áreas técnicas. Asistir en la implementación de programas de bienestar, comunicación interna y desarrollo organizacional. Elaborar reportes periódicos relacionados con dotación, horas extras, ausentismo y otros indicadores. Participar en auditorías internas y externas vinculadas a procesos de RRHH. Promover un entorno de trabajo seguro, inclusivo y alineado con los valores de la compañía. Acompañar procesos de selección, ingreso e inducción de colaboradores operativos y técnicos. Knowledge and abilities: Título universitario en Contabilidad, Administración de Empresas o Recursos Humanos. Dominio del inglés, tanto escrito como oral (excluyente) Manejo avanzado de Excel y otras herramientas informáticas, incluyendo programación e inteligencia artificial. Excelentes habilidades interpersonales, capacidad de trabajo autónomo y orientación al cliente. Disponibilidad para trabajar de manera presencial de lunes a viernes, en el horario de 8:00 a 17:00 hs.
