Main Purpose: Garantizar la operatividad, disponibilidad y cumplimiento normativo de los sistemas contra incendio (CI) de la refinería, supervisando la ejecución técnica del contratista CI y externos certificados, brindando asistencia operativa inmediata ante emergencias y participando activamente en los procesos de análisis de riesgo. Key Responsibilities: Realizar inspecciones diarias de hidrantes, duchas de emergencia, extintores, gabinetes, casillas CI y equipos en general Ejecutar rutinas de verificación de autobombas, salas de bombas CI, tableros y presiones Supervisar con criterio técnico la ejecución de tareas del contratista CI, verificando calidad, registros NFPA y normalización de sistemas Auditar el cumplimiento del programa de mantenimiento según normas NFPA 10, 11, 13, 15, 25 y 1962 Gestionar permisos de trabajo y coordinar con operaciones el aislamiento de áreas previo a cada intervención Coordinar empresas externas certificadas para mantenimiento de ERA, compresor BAUER, arneses, equipos aluminizados, descensores y análisis de espumígeno Asistir de forma inmediata a trabajos en caliente, APR y maniobras de RCI; operar autobomba y equipos CI ante emergencias Responder ante emergencias en régimen de guardia rotativa (fuera de las 21:00 hs, sábados, domingos y feriados) Participar en análisis de riesgo (HAZOP, What-If, APR) aportando criterio técnico sobre sistemas CI Mantener actualizados los registros de mantenimiento conforme a normas NFPA y legislación vigente (Ley 19.587, Decreto 351/79) Colaborar en la preparación de documentación para auditorías internas y externas (SRT, ART, ISO) Knowledge and Abilities: Técnico en Higiene y Seguridad en el Trabajo con habilitación SRT vigente; deseable Tecnicatura o Ingeniería en Seguridad Industrial / Protección contra Incendios Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en seguridad industrial en plantas de proceso continuo; deseable experiencia en refinería, petroquímica o industria de hidrocarburos Conocimiento de normas NFPA aplicables a sistemas de protección contra incendio Lectura e interpretación de planos de redes CI y P&ID Manejo de herramientas de análisis de riesgo (APR, What-If, HAZOP básico) Conocimiento de normativa argentina vigente: Ley 19.587, Decreto 351/79, resoluciones SRT Gestión de permisos de trabajo en áreas de riesgo Liderazgo operativo, toma de decisiones bajo presión y disponibilidad en régimen de guardia Comunicación efectiva con operaciones, contratistas y gerencia Inglés: intermedio Trafigura provides critical resources to the world.
