Reimagine What’s Possible  Descripción: ejecutar y generar operaciones de negocios rentables y de bajo riesgo, de forma directa en cartera de clientes asignados del sector Comercio, contribuyendo al cumplimiento de las metas definidas por la Gerencia Comercial y normas internas de la Compañía. Responsabilidades: Realizar el desarrollo y administración integral de su cartera, tanto técnica como comercial, entregando calidad, confianza y compromiso. Ejecutar la promoción y venta de productos, equipos y servicios de Indura, mediante programas de visita y contacto sobre la cartera asignada, según políticas comerciales establecidas, manteniendo los indicadores de ventas y PDC. Analizar permanentemente la situación del mercado objetivo de su zona asignada para identificar nuevos clientes y profundizar en los actuales. Realizar informes e indicadores de gestión con la información de visitas y ventas realizadas en clientes existentes del área Comercio. Cuidar el desempeño de pago de su cartera de clientes vigente, y prestar la colaboración que requiera el Área de Cobranzas para la regularización de las cuentas corrientes. Promover y respetar los estándares de calidad, integridad y seguridad en los procesos, ya sea internos de la compañía como de los clientes. Requisitos: Formación: Estudios Técnicos de Nivel Superior o Universitarios en Ingeniería en Ejecución, Industrial, Mecánica, Comercial, Negocios o afines. También se considerará experiencia en el área comercial. Al menos 4 años de experiencia (2 en ventas). Experiencia en canal ferretero y/o productos - Requisito excluyente. Manejo de Office a nivel usuario intermedio. Licencia de conducir clase B vigente – Requisito excluyente. Deseable conocimiento de SAP. Capacidad para satisfacer la demanda de los clientes, adecuándose a las diferencias y exigencias particulares de cada uno de ellos. “En Air Products no distinguimos personas con habilidades especiales.
