What you will do: As a Group Pension Employee, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Group Pension policies, ensuring accurate policy administration, financial transactions, and high-quality client service. Your day-to-day: Update Company’s informational system with the respective changes of Employees clients & Policy endorsements Billing Calculation Benefit calculation and payment process Management (buy & sell orders) for clients investment selection Members account transfer process Fund statement/individual statement issuance Customer reconciliation process Monthly EOM Reporting Customers digital platform support Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field of Management, Insurance or Economics Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language, verbal and written Very good command of MS Office especially in excel Ability to work in a structured and detail-oriented environment Familiarity with pension products or policy administration systems is a plus Personal Profile: Excellent written communication skills Very good oral communication skills Insurance, business and process knowledge Ability to communicate effectively directly with customers Ability to work under pressure Ability to resolve conflicts and handle arguments Ability to adapt to change Customer centricity Attention to detail and Quality-result driven Positive attitude & team spirit Ability to propose alternatives What we offer: Competitive monthly gross salary ranging from €1,500 to €2,300 depending on qualifications and experience.
