Describe business requirements, process flows, build ServiceNow forms, tables, modules, and scripts. Connect ServiceNow to other systems using REST/SOAP or our own connector, incl. web services. Write and debug code in JavaScript. Design services and reporting dashboards. Create clear, user-friendly catalog items and handle ad hoc requests. Help spread the mission and values of NN GROUP and the ServiceNow community. We expect: Strong ServiceNow scripting and JavaScript experience. Experience with ServiceNow platform maintenance is a must (patches, upgrades, etc.). Knowledge of ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM), including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management, is highly desirable. ServiceNow System Administrator certification. Experience with UX design. Experience working in large enterprise environments and a customer support mindset. Strong organizational and communication skills. University degree or equivalent relevant work experience. English proficiency for daily meetings. Nice to have: Experience with ServiceNow Software Asset Management Professional (SAM Pro).
