Your market knowledge, creativity and commercial perspective will help customers and distribution partners find insurance and investment solutions that meet their needs. Your impact at NN: what you will do You will take ownership of marketing initiatives from concept to execution and ensure a consistent go-to-market approach across digital and physical channels. You will turn customer insights, market developments and commercial models into relevant campaigns and concrete opportunities. By connecting stakeholders and aligning activities, you will optimise the entire customer journey, from pre-sales and sales through to after-sales service. Key responsibilities: Develop and deliver marketing initiatives, from strategy and creative concept development through to execution and launch. Promote insights-driven marketing by turning internal and external data, market research, trends, innovation and competitive intelligence into actionable recommendations. Coordinate the go-to-market approach for customers and the distribution network during product launches, commercial campaigns and events. Provide end-to-end digital marketing support for sales presentations, videos, newsletters, paid media and point-of-sale materials for branches. Map customer journeys, identify opportunities for improvement and work with stakeholders to create stronger synergies between online and offline initiatives. Who you will work with You will join the One Orange Team, the joint insurance team established by NN and ING. The team covers Non-Life, Life and Investments solutions and is based at ING’s premises. You will work closely with digital sales, distribution, communications, IT and product management stakeholders across both NN and ING. Who you are You have experience in the insurance industry or with financial products and understand the digital marketing funnel across pre-sales, sales and after-sales service. You combine conceptual thinking with an analytical and commercial perspective, turning insights into concrete marketing actions and growth opportunities. You have experience in campaign, stakeholder and project management and can manage several assignments and short deadlines in a structured way. You communicate and present convincingly, work proactively and independently, and build effective relationships with stakeholders at different levels. You are fluent in Dutch, French and English and have a good working knowledge of Office 365.
