The Camp Boss is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the camp, including housing and catering services, ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all camp residents. Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise camp lodging and catering services to meet company standards.
- Coordinate with catering and housekeeping teams to ensure quality and timely service delivery.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene policies within the camp premises.
- Handle logistics related to camp supplies and inventory management.
- Address and resolve any issues or complaints raised by camp residents promptly.
- Manage camp staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
- Prepare reports on camp operations and suggest improvements.
Requirements
- Proven 5+ experience as a Camp Boss, Camp Manager, or similar role in housing and catering management.
- Knowledge of camp operations, catering services, and facility management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and coordinate efficiently.
- Good understanding of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
