Associate Director M&A Managing the execution of M&A transactions, including takeovers, acquisitions, divestitures and other related activities. Reviewing and preparing financial and valuation models in relation to potential transactions. Drafting and providing input to relevant transaction documents. Taking responsibility for key internal M&A processes. Taking a significant role in the training and development of junior team members As a key team member, you can add value through the entire M&A cycle, working with a driven, high-energy M&A team and senior leaders within our organization.
