The Position This position is designed for an experienced professional with a demonstrated track record of both rigorous program and project execution and the change management required to drive solution adoption within the Biotech/Pharma landscape. Capture, track, and proactively mitigate operational, timeline, and execution risks while maintaining accurate program documentation. Prepare clear data updates and progress metrics for executive governance bodies to support grounded decision-making. Design and deploy solution adoption frameworks that seamlessly embed deliverables into daily operational workflows across impacted business units. Perform impact assessments, map user journeys, and address adoption barriers to ensure the end-user voice shapes project planning. Craft transparent communication plans and equip functional leaders with narratives and tools to coach their teams through transitions. Proven track record of leading cross-functional delivery and embedding business or operational solutions in clinical development, medical affairs, or technology sectors. Strong background in change management, including stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, adoption planning, and resistance management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to synthesize complex project information into clear narratives for diverse audiences. Collaborative mindset with strong influence and connection skills, enabling you to gain alignment, navigate ambiguity, and foster an environment of trust and inclusion. Continuous, curious learner who actively seeks feedback, applies modern project and change management methodologies, and shares best practices across teams. Experience or skills in data and technology applications within biotech, pharma, or life sciences is highly valued.
