Manage learning platforms and resources, ensuring a high-quality learner experience. Oversee external learning partners, maintaining delivery quality, scope and standards. Experience developing graduate or early-career talent programmes that accelerate readiness and productivity. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders, SMEs and business partners.
