You will work alongside Operations colleagues on assignments involving service delivery, process improvement, data analysis and operational controls. What you will do Support daily operational activities and assist with process documentation, reporting and data-quality checks. Analyse workflow information and help identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy and service delivery. Assist with process mapping, testing, issue tracking and project coordination for operational initiatives. Collaborate with colleagues across Operations, business, technology and control functions while developing your problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills. Self-motivated with a genuine interest in banking operations, technology, digitalisation and process improvement; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail; and Willingness to learn, take ownership and demonstrate a can-do attitude.
