Location: Deploying to the Marshall Islands Job Summary: The Lieutenant for Kwajalein Entry & Exit supervises small groups of guards or assumes positions requiring greater responsibility. Duties and Responsibilities: Provides installation badging and processing of personnel and visitors arriving to or departing Kwajalein by aircraft. Supervises small groups of guards. Supervises small group of Local National (LN) Access Control Officers. Process commercial flight passengers according to TSA guidelines. Including baggage inspections. Liaisons with Host Nation Officials during LN Dignitary visits. Ensures that all assigned guard posts are staffed, monitoring performance of assigned guard force personnel. Ensures that all guard personnel are aware of and abide by all Post and general orders. Maintains and monitors the 480 Visitor database. Qualifications: Must be a U.S. citizen. Must be 21 years of age or older. Must have an active U.S. Secret Clearance. Minimum 3 years of security management experience in supervisory and/or management roles. Preferred Qualifications: ASIS CPP certification is preferred. Physical Requirements and Work Conditions: Work involves sitting and standing for prolonged periods of time.
