Professional Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in electromechanical assembly. Must be able to read and understand assembly drawings. Advanced schematic reading and ability to troubleshoot cable assemblies. Advanced reading, writing, and shop math skills. Experience soldering miniature parts under a microscope. Use of simple hand tools such as crimpers and ovens. IPC-A-620 certification. Personal Skills High school diploma or equivalent Must be accurate and organized with high attention to detail Good communication, reading, writing, and math skills Knowledge of electronic principles Must be a local candidate.
