As a part of the Sales organization this position is combining both technical and business responsibilities related to Defense, a strategic product segment which requires a strong application expertise and understanding, offering a significant growth potential. Your missions: Driving sales growth and delivering premium customer service Identifying business development risks and opportunities in Defense market Developing and implementing a consistent account strategy aligned with company targets Managing global agreements and strategic projects, including pricing strategy definition Traveling to meet customers, understand market dynamics, and build long-term relationships Navigating Defense industry-specific requirements Your profile: Holding a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Management and/or Engineering Degree (or equivalent) Having a technical background and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and systems Showing proven leadership abilities and strong communication skills as well as effective interaction at all levels and across diverse cultures Speaking fluently English and French.
