Maintain technical controls and evidence that support existing compliance certifications and customer assurance. Contribute to new certifications, audits and security reviews. Improve and test business-continuity and disaster-recovery arrangements. Qualifications & Training A degree in computer science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience. Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with a customer-first mindset. Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical decisions. The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a small, collaborative team. A sound understanding of software delivery lifecycles, SaaS operations and DevOps practices.
