Fixed Assets) Clerk is responsible for: Supporting General Ledger G/L and Fixed Asset accounting activities, ensuring accurate postings, reconciliations, and compliance with reporting standards Assisting with financial closings, audits, and cross-team collaboration to maintain high-quality financial records Key Responsibilities Perform daily journal entries and postings in the General Ledger Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities Prepare accruals, prepayments, and standard G/L adjustments Support balance sheet account reconciliations and flag discrepancies Assist in intercompany accounting by reconciling and clearing balances Help prepare audit documentation and respond to internal and external audit requests Maintain fixed asset records, including capitalization, depreciation, transfers, and disposals Support verification and physical inventory processes for asset management Ensure compliance with IFRS, local GAAP, and Group accounting standards Collaborate with the Master Data Management (MDM) team for G/L and asset master data accuracy File and organize accounting records per audit and retention requirements Contribute to process improvements and automation in G/L and Fixed Asset workflows Partner with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Divisional Accounting teams to resolve discrepancies Participate in training and knowledge-sharing sessions to improve accounting expertise Profile Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in Accounting, ideally with exposure to General Ledger and/or Fixed Assets processes Solid English skills, written and spoken enabling effective communication in an international environment Solid French skills, written and spoken enabling effective communication in an international environment Your benefits We help our employees shape their professional development and their private life to their best advantage, throughout all phases of their life.
