Perseus Group is looking for a senior graphic designer to partner closely with our marketing team and management on ongoing brand and design work. This is a long-term contract role suited for someone who can operate independently, respect established brand systems, and thoughtfully evolve them over time. What you’ll do Work closely with Perseus marketing and management on ongoing design needs across the organization Apply and extend existing brand guidelines and visual frameworks, modernizing them where appropriate Design across digital, print, and video formats, including marketing assets, event materials, presentations, and internal communications Package and prepare design assets for handoff to our web developer, including layouts, specs, and visual guidance Support seasonal initiatives and campaigns that may require increased design capacity for short periods Maintain a high bar for consistency, clarity, and execution across all touchpoints What we’re looking for Senior-level graphic designer with strong end-to-end execution skills Proven experience across digital, print, and video design Strong understanding of brand systems and how to work within them without stagnation Ability to take direction from marketing leadership while bringing strong design judgment and recommendations Comfortable working in a corporate or professional services environment Reliable, responsive, and able to manage work independently in a fractional capacity Nice to have Experience creating 3D graphics or video content Proficiency in Figma, particularly for packaging assets and layouts for development handoff Corporate or B2B experience Familiarity with Canva Contract details Time commitment: Approximately 15–20 hours per month, with flexibility for seasonal spikes Location: Remote Eligibility: Based in North America Availability: Must be available during Eastern Time working hours Portfolio: Required.
