职责描述在公司政策和合规指引下，系统学习医学基础、产品知识及行业合规规范；通过学术沟通模拟演练及观摩学习，熟悉学术沟通与专业交流的技巧及日常业务流程，不承担业务指标通过公司管理系统以及其他合规的渠道和方式，收集市场信息，撰写市场调研相关报告学术会前安排及材料等准备工作参与团队的周会和月会，协助团队进行日常数据汇总、工作进展跟踪及其他内部运营支持掌握公司合规政策，操作标准以及推广活动的相关行为规范积极投入团队的阶段性培训，并完成阶段性专业知识考核与实习成果的评估。任职资格教育背景：本科专业要求：具有医学、药学或相关专业每周实习至少3个工作日，可实习3个月以上，长期实习者优先行为特质：优秀的抗压能力、韧性优秀的沟通表达能力积极主动的工作态度和良好的团队合作精神很强的学习意愿、学习能力和适应能力 Pursue progress, discover extraordinary Better is out there.
