We are recruiting for a Branch Manager to join our thriving Jewson branch in Edinburgh Ratcliffe Terrace, EH9 1SX. This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm, and every other Saturday from 8:00am to 12:00pm. What You’ll Be Doing Lead the day-to-day running of the branch, driving sales, profit and customer service. Lead, coach and develop your team to deliver high performance. Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers and grow new business. Manage branch KPIs, stock and operational performance. Ensure high standards of health, safety and compliance. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and branch performance. What We’re Looking For Experience leading and developing a team. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Good commercial and financial awareness. Knowledge of the builders’ merchant or construction industry. Confident, resilient and able to manage competing priorities. Good IT skills and a full UK driving licence.
