Essential Role Designation: Due to regulatory requirements for directly observed urine specimen collection, this role involves observing donors during the collection process, which legally must be done by a collector of the same gender as the donor. As a result, only Male applicants can be considered for this position under the bona fide occupational qualification (BFOQ) exception. Compensation & Work Schedule: Work Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts (4x10 schedule), 5:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. EST. The designated weekday off will be determined during the hiring process. Training Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 3:30 pm EST. On-call weekend rotation approximately one time per month. On-call holiday rotation. Base Hourly Rate: $18 - $21. Essential functions, responsibilities: Drives a company provided vehicle to client locations and performs drug tests. May perform collections following DOT specimen collections guidelines, which includes direct observation and possible oral swab sample collection. May perform breath alcohol testing following DOT alcohol testing guidelines. May perform hair collections following Psychemedics guidelines. Performs other related duties as assigned. Key Skills & Experience: High school diploma or GED required. Valid Drives License required. Must hold or be able to obtain and maintain a valid DOT Medical Card; CDL not required Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office Suite. Obtain DOT Urine Specimen Collector certification within two (2) weeks of employment. Obtain DOT EBT (Evidential Breath Testing) certification within two (2) weeks of employment. Qualifications preferred: Experience driving a box truck (Up to 20 feet in length) (Training provided).
