Join us as an OTC Cash Application Junior Analyst and become part of a team supporting the accurate and timely processing of customer payments within the Order-to-Cash process. You will help allocate payments, reconcile accounts, resolve basic discrepancies, and work with internal teams to keep financial records accurate and up to date. Your Role: Process incoming customer payments and allocate cash at invoice level. Review bank statements and match payments with open invoices. Collect and process customer remittance information. Support investigation and resolution of unapplied and unidentified cash. Assist with customer account and clearing account reconciliations. Support month-end activities, reporting, and audit documentation. Cooperate with Collection, Billing, Finance, and other internal teams. Participate in process improvements and keep process documentation up to date. Your Background: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is an advantage. No previous experience required or up to 1 year of experience in OTC, AR, or a similar finance area. Basic understanding of Accounts Receivable, OTC, or Cash Application is an advantage. Good MS Office skills, especially Excel; knowledge of SAP is a plus. Good command of English and strong communication skills.
