You will join China Digital Solutions team and base in Suzhou, your main responsibilities are: Process and manage customer orders in SAP from order entry to delivery completion. Coordinate with Sales, Planning, Production, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure timely order execution. Monitor order status, shipment schedules, and customer requirements. Maintain accurate customer and order master data. Support contract administration, documentation, invoicing, and issue resolution. Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders regarding order progress and delivery commitments. Prepare operational reports and support continuous process improvements. Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures. Support special projects and business initiatives as assigned. Provide backup support for other team members during peak workload periods or absences. Participate in process optimization and customer service improvement activities. Undertake other duties assigned by the supervisor. Who we are looking for Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience. Proactive in resolving issues and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Highly responsible and accountable for assigned tasks. Strong team spirit and a collaborative mindset. Flexible and willing to support workload balancing within the team in response to changing business priorities and market demands.
