As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting data analysis, building reports and dashboards, supporting business domains like business performance, product optimization, and helping drive business insights across teams. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders from finance, sales, BD and other business owners to understand data needs and deliver actionable findings. This role will also expose you to AI-related tools and workflows as part of our innovation roadmap. Key Responsibilities: Perform data analysis to support financial analysis, payment analysis, marketing analysis, product performance, customer behavior analysis, and business operations. Build and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reports/dashboards using business intelligence tools or other automation tools. Translate business questions into analytical tasks and deliver clear, data-driven answers and recommendations. Support root cause investigations for anomalies and contribute to continuous improvement of reporting accuracy. Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and other teams to ensure smooth data pipeline and reliable reporting. Support the integration of AI tools (e.g., LLMs) into reporting and analysis workflows under guidance from senior team members. Document metrics definitions, dashboard logic, and report processes for consistency and transparency. Pre-Requisites/ 任职要求 : Key Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles. Proficiency in SQL and experience with one or more data analysis tools (Python, R, or Excel). Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or QuickSight. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks. Clear communication skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams. Nice to Have: Exposure to data analytics, payment systems, or fintech industry. Familiarity with basic AI/ML concepts or tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or prompt design.
