Job Qualifications * Diploma and above * Minimum of 5 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. * Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating teams to achieve targets. * Strong understanding of financial products, services, and market dynamics. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. * Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities. * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Strong ethical compass and commitment to UOB's values and compliance standards.
