Responsabil pentru procesele de asamblare a componentelor lipite pe suprafata (SMT) in aria de productie. Dezvolta si mentine documentatia specifica proceselor SMT: instructiuni de lucru, planuri de control, fluxuri de proces. Ofera solutii tehnice in urma analizelor privind erorile aparute in procesul SMT. Implementeaza proiecte de imbunatatire in aria SMT. Defineste, urmareste si optimizeaza procesul de introducere a noilor produse (NPI) in aria SMT. Dezvolta tehnologia SMT conform cerintelor NPI: imbunatatire continua, optimizare timpi, calitate si cost. Creeaza si optimizeaza setarile programelor pentru echipamente SMT. Colaboreaza cu echipa de inginerie din Germania pentru implementarea de noi produse, tehnologii si procese. Calculeaza capacitatea si durata ciclului de productie pentru produsele curente. Creeaza si monitorizeaza strategia de evaluare periodica si mentenanta echipamentelor SMT, inclusiv proceduri, instructiuni si indicatori de performanta. Defineste strategia privind piesele de schimb pentru echipamente SMT si documentatia aferenta. Este punctul principal de contact cu producatorii de echipamente pentru actualizari, reparatii si suport tehnic. Pregateste documentatia pentru mentenanta echipamentelor SMT (masina de aplicat pasta, masini de plasare, cuptor, sistem de transport). Efectueaza mentenanta echipamentelor SMT si adiacente, asigurand functionarea in parametrii corespunzatori. Defineste si verifica retete, profile de lipire si parametri pentru PCBA, cand este necesar. Monitorizeaza si analizeaza performanta echipamentelor SMT, oferind solutii pentru cresterea productivitatii si reducerea rebuturilor. Ofera suport tehnic si solutii pentru modificari temporare sau definitive ale produsului/procesului. Monitorizeaza si raporteaza timpii de nefunctionare si eficienta echipamentelor, propunand actiuni pentru minimizarea intreruperilor. Participa la analize FMEA si cauza-efect. Opereaza si efectueaza reglaje/optimizari ale setarilor conform specificatiilor clientului si indicatiilor inginerului SMT. Respecta cerintele legislative si interne privind SSM, SU si protectia mediului; actioneaza conform planurilor de urgenta. Efectueaza orice alta actiune necesara in aria SMT.
