Line of Service Tax Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism Transfer Pricing Management Level Associate Job Description & Summary Meet your future team Join our Transfer Pricing team within Tax Consulting, working alongside specialists who support clients from the financial and non-financial sectors. You will collaborate with transfer pricing, tax and industry professionals to help multinational organisations address complex international tax and business questions. What your role will look like As a Transfer Pricing Associate, you will contribute to projects that help multinational groups establish compliant and sustainable approaches to their intercompany transactions. Your analyses will support clients in applying transfer pricing principles, managing tax risks and documenting cross-border arrangements. Analyse transfer pricing arrangements and support clients in applying the arm’s length principle in line with OECD guidance. Analyse loan transactions and financing structures under OECD guidance and Luxembourg transfer pricing rules. Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation for local and international clients. Conduct market studies and benchmarking analyses to identify comparable transactions and support appropriate transfer prices. Contribute to Advance Pricing Agreement and Mutual Agreement Procedure applications. Analyse value chains and commercial business models to support sustainable tax structures. Participate in cross-border structuring projects and contribute to the effective management of client deliverables. As your experience grows, you will progressively take ownership of analyses, client interactions and project deliverables. The skills you bring A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Law or a related field. A strong interest in transfer pricing, taxation, accounting, economics or finance. Working knowledge of Excel, with the ability to use it for financial and economic analysis. English: C1, full professional proficiency. The ability to interpret information and communicate findings clearly. Ways of working You solve routine problems using a structured approach and interpret data to draw clear conclusions. Additional skills that would support your success Exposure to transfer pricing, tax or economic consulting through an internship or professional experience would support your success in the role. French and/or German language skills would be considered an asset.
