Melakukan administrasi dan monitoring aktivitas operasional Cash Management secara harian. Melakukan input, update, dan monitoring data transaksi operasional pada sistem perusahaan secara akurat dan tepat waktu. Memastikan kesesuaian data antara transaksi operasional, dokumen, sistem, dan laporan. Melakukan reconciliation terhadap transaksi cash movement, collection, delivery, deposit, withdrawal, dan settlement. Menyiapkan dan memeriksa dokumen pendukung transaksi Cash Management. Melakukan monitoring terhadap outstanding transaction dan melakukan follow-up kepada tim terkait sampai transaksi terselesaikan. Membuat dan memperbarui daily operational report, transaction report, dan laporan monitoring lainnya. Melakukan pengecekan terhadap selisih transaksi (discrepancy) dan mengeskalasikan temuan kepada Supervisor/Branch Controller. Mendukung proses billing, invoicing, dan settlement dengan memastikan data transaksi yang digunakan telah sesuai. Melakukan koordinasi dengan tim Operations, Finance, Accounting, Billing, dan Cash Management terkait penyelesaian transaksi. Memastikan seluruh dokumen dan data transaksi tersimpan dengan baik sebagai audit trail. Membantu monitoring pencapaian SLA operasional dan memastikan transaksi diproses sesuai timeline yang ditetapkan. Menjaga kerahasiaan data customer, transaksi, dan informasi keuangan perusahaan. Memastikan seluruh aktivitas administrasi dan control berjalan sesuai dengan SOP, internal control, dan kebijakan perusahaan. Membantu proses audit dan investigation dengan menyediakan data/dokumen yang dibutuhkan.
