- Own reliability, credits, and API costs as the product grows.
- Preserve candidate achievements and keep every generated claim grounded in their experience.

- Experience building and shipping full-stack software.
- Comfort working with language models, external APIs, and browser behavior.
- Good judgment about what to build, how to measure it, and when to simplify.
