The Senior Director of Solutions leads the Regulatory Communications Solutions and Project Management team supporting RDC, DocuBuilder, and related client solutions, with functional oversight of the Creative Design capability for DocuBuilder. The role is responsible for developing the team, supporting client solutioning, and ensuring successful execution of onboarding and complex change initiatives. This is a hands-on, client-facing role. The Senior Director participates in prospect and client discussions and proposal responses, helps translate business needs into viable solutions and requirements, and remains engaged through implementation, go-live, and stabilization. The right candidate must be capable of stepping into detailed solutioning, requirements, or delivery work when needed while building capable owners across the team. Responsibilities: Lead the Solutions and Project Management organization, including setting expectations, coaching, performance management, talent development, succession, and recognition. Lead Solutions-related communications with client stakeholders at all levels, including discovery, solution reviews, implementation planning, delivery status, risks, decisions, and escalations. Translate client needs and business objectives into documented requirements and viable solution approaches. Lead the development of solution grids, scope definitions, estimates, and implementation assumptions; contribute solution and delivery inputs to statements of work and pricing. Set expectations for clear, complete, and actionable requirements with appropriate documentation and traceability. Coordinate effectively across Sales, Client Services, Product, Engineering, Operations, and QA. Continually improve solutioning, requirements, project-delivery, and knowledge-management practices to ensure scalability. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in client solutions, implementation, professional services, business analysis, systems analysis, client delivery, or a comparable environment. 5+ years of direct people-leadership experience, including coaching, performance management, talent development, and conflict resolution. Strong client-facing communication skills, including discovery, solution discussions, and critical conversations. Strong business-analysis, requirements-documentation, and systems-analysis skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, identify delivery risk, and coordinate work across teams without direct authority. Financial services, regulatory communications, enterprise software, document composition, or comparable regulated-industry experience preferred.
