We are hiring a Fulfillment Clerk for our South Windsor location. Basic Purpose: Responsible for the specialized processing of the company’s products, preparing mail for acceptance by the USPS. Reports to supervisor. Job Responsibilities: Inserting or de-inserting envelopes, printing detail sheets, collecting and validating materials, collating and assembling kits and weighing, metering and sorting envelopes. Use of personal computer and a variety of software applications or vendor-provided equipment to track, process and complete work meeting deadlines. Monitors and is responsible for quality throughout each job. Completes all required documentation relevant to every job. Follows all departmental and safety procedures. May perform other duties/responsibilities as needed or assigned. Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience within a production environment, with knowledge of postage rates and material confirmation Experience in the operation of material insert machines is necessary. Skills/Competencies: Attention to detail, sound judgment and prioritizing skills Ability to adhere to all quality standards Ability to interact and effectively communicate with internal staff, liaisons and clients. Basic computer skills Requirements: Demonstrates the ability to work with a sense of urgency while prioritizing tasks to meet or adjust to changing demands. Requires standing for 12-hour shifts, pulling, pushing and lifting up to 70 lbs. Flexibility in work schedule, based on volume needs, which could require weekends, holidays and/or overtime Promote a professional work environment and adhere to all Broadridge’s policies Shift: Monday-Friday – 8 am to 5 pm Compensation: $18.75 hourly – Bonus Eligible Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
