Who you are: As a Loan Services Team Leader, you are our subject matter expert! In this role, you will be responsible for assisting a Loan Services Supervisor in overseeing and supporting the daily activities of Loan Services personnel. You’ll use your strong problem-solving skills to provide guidance and assistance with complex loan issues. You are passionate about people and can’t wait to motivate staff and promote teamwork to meet deadlines as a team. What you’ll do: Control the flow of work to ensure that all activities are completed, and deadlines are met Assist and support Loan Services personnel with the completion of daily activities Provide guidance and assistance with complex loan issues to Loan Services personnel, Lenders, Assistants, and other bank personnel Motivate staff and promote teamwork to meet deadlines and maintain quality and accuracy of work completed Assist in the training of personnel Aid Supervisor in conducting meetings, employee reviews, counseling, teamwork, and mentoring Discuss personnel issues with Supervisor and/or Manager Perform all other duties as assigned What you’ll need: Proficient in Microsoft computer applications Strong communication skills Additional Preferred Skills: Leadership skills Loan experience Debit and credit/general ledger exposure Our Benefits: At Frost, we care about your health, your family, and your future and strive to have our benefits reflect that.
