The Role What You Will Do Lead, mentor, and empower a team of HR Operations Specialists delivering multi-country HR services across the EMEA region. Oversee daily workflow management, case handling, issue resolution, and performance support to ensure service delivery excellence. Build and maintain comprehensive, version-controlled process documentation (SOPs, DTPs) and establish robust backup/coverage models. Partner with regional HRBPs, Payroll, Mobility, Legal, and HRIT teams to harmonize and standardize HR processes across countries. Drive continuous process improvement, simplification, and automation in collaboration with Workday and HR digital transformation teams. Manage the team's service catalogue by defining scope, service level expectations, and clear cross-functional hand-offs. Support strategic HR initiatives including payroll transformation, country process takeovers, and system enhancements. Ensure data privacy adherence, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness across all regional HR operations. Required Skills and Experience Proven experience in HR Operations or HR Services with a solid understanding of end-to-end HR processes and service delivery models. Demonstrated experience leading teams or managing operational projects within an HR Shared Services or multi-country environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills in fluent English, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build trusted partnerships. Proven ability to organize, motivate, and coach a team while fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture. Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset focused on process simplification and standardization. High level of empathy, professionalism, and maturity when handling complex employee and managerial inquiries. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to navigate change, manage priorities, and deliver with accuracy in a dynamic environment. Preferred Skills and Experience Hands-on experience with Workday HCM, HR ticketing/case management platforms, or HR automation tools. Experience leading operational change management initiatives, process transitions, or system implementation projects. Capability to operate effectively within a global matrix organization collaborating across regions (EMEA, AMER, APAC). Working knowledge of Hungarian or other European languages is a plus.
