The Newark Hospital Imaging department is seeking a Casual Imaging Tech Assistant to support our CT Scan team Shift Hours: 8hr shifts 1 weekend per month 2300 – 0730 Friday and Saturday night Responsible for: Provide patient care and assist technical staff with imaging procedures, communications and patient needs Assist with escorting patients to and from imaging department. Prepare imaging rooms and supplies for procedures. Clerical duties as needed. Superior performance in Customer Service Skills. Education and Experience: • High school graduate or equivalent. • Two years related to medical environment experience. • An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted.
