Our work depends on a KM/CM Lead joining our team to be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and disseminating intelligence information to support decision-making at all levels of the organization. This includes collecting, triaging, and reviewing information from a variety of sources. The position requires an active TS/SCI w/Polygraph security clearance. HOW A KM/CM LEAD WILL MAKE AN IMPACT: Provides current and emergent intelligence reporting to customers, updating, maintaining, and disseminating products Executes and tracks intelligence sharing amongst multiple stakeholders Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas Develop and maintains standard operating procedures (SOPs) Create, capture, organize, and assess knowledge assets for enterprise use Coordinate with cross-functional organizations to align KM strategy with broader organizational learning strategies. Develop a robust roadmap strategy for implementing knowledge management that builds upon industry best practices and leverages tooling and process advancements Promote use of knowledge management tools and processes to facilitate knowledge share. Assist with resource planning as applicable to strengthen and expand KM initiatives. WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED: The position requires an active TS/SCI w/Polygraph security clearance A bachelor’s degree in an IT or engineering related field. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree in an IT or engineering field, candidates may substitute with four (4) years of demonstrated experience in IT disciplines. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
