We are looking for an Agent, Guest Service to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.
In this position, you will provide personalized and attentive service, ensuring a seamless and memorable guest experience while supporting the smooth daily operation of the department.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide personalized and professional service.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests promptly and effectively.
- Assist with guest check-in, check-out and payment procedures.
- Promote Marriott programs and support hotel revenue through upselling.
- Handle guest concerns and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain effective communication and cooperation with all hotel departments.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Front Office Agent, preferably in a five-star hotel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Tourism, Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English; knowledge of Greek and an additional language will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Good knowledge of Opera PMS and computer systems.
