We are looking for a Cocoon Attendant, Kids Activities to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.
In this position, you will provide attentive care to young guests aged 4 months to 4 years, creating a safe, nurturing and engaging environment. You will deliver age-appropriate activities and ensure a high-quality experience for children, giving parents peace of mind throughout their stay
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive daily care, supervision and observation of young guests.
- Build positive relationships with children and provide comfort, reassurance and a sense of safety.
- Plan and deliver creative, educational and age-appropriate activities.
- Maintain the highest standards of health, safety and cleanliness.
- Coordinate daily activities and routines according to each child’s needs.
- Communicate with parents, gather relevant information and provide feedback at check-out.
- Follow Health & Safety requirements, Hotel Policies, SOPs and Brand Standards, and attend required training.
Requirements
- IEK qualification or two-year technical certificate in Early Childhood Education or Childcare will be considered an advantage.
- Previous experience in childcare, babysitting, nurseries, schools or children’s activities will be considered an advantage.
- Good knowledge of children’s daily care, including feeding, diaper changing, toilet routines and naps.
- Good command of spoken and written Greek and English, with strong communication and guest service skills.
- Creative and caring approach, with the ability to organize age-appropriate educational and entertaining activities.
- Guest-focused and responsible, with a strong commitment to children’s safety and wellbeing.
- Strong teamwork, time management and prioritization skills, with a willingness to learn and develop.
