We are looking for a Coordinator, Housekeeping to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.
In this position, you will support the smooth daily operation of the Housekeeping office, coordinating tasks, following up on requests and maintaining effective communication with other departments.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily office tasks and follow established workflow procedures.
- Maintain files, records, reports and departmental documentation.
- Support the Housekeeping team with daily administrative tasks and requests.
- Monitor departmental needs, expenditures and purchasing orders.
- Monitor and update the departmental training schedule.
- Follow up on weekly schedules, reports and other operational requirements.
- Handle complaints and issues and coordinate with the relevant departments for timely resolution.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within a hotel environment.
- Excellent command of written and spoken Greek and English.
- Excellent computer skills, with good knowledge of Opera, MS Office and Internet applications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and team-oriented approach.
