We are looking for a Trainee Coordinator, Revenue to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.
In this position, you will support the Revenue Management team in analyzing booking trends, monitoring room rates and availability, and learning how revenue management strategies contribute to the hotel’s overall performance.
Responsibilities
- Support the Director of Revenue Management with daily tasks, reports and process improvements.
- Assist with rate codes, packages and system updates, ensuring data accuracy.
- Monitor booking trends, demand forecasts and system recommendations to identify revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support pricing strategies and stimulate demand.
- Prepare reports on revenue, room nights, market trends and booking channel performance.
- Participate in revenue meetings and support pricing and inventory decisions.
- Help monitor rate parity, promotional compliance and room availability across booking channels.
- Assist in resolving system and process issues in collaboration with relevant departments.
Requirements
- Currently studying Business Administration, Finance, Tourism Management or a related field.
- Basic computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Familiarity with hotel systems such as One Yield, MARSHA and OPERA is an advantage.
- Basic analytical skills and an interest in financial data, market trends and revenue performance.
- Good communication skills, with a professional approach to written correspondence and email.
- Strong organisational skills, flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to build effective working relationships and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Good command of English.
