We are looking for a Trainee Team Leader, Housekeeping to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.
In this position, you will support the daily operations of the Housekeeping team while gaining hands-on experience, developing your skills and building a strong foundation in a luxury hospitality environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Housekeeping team with daily operations and tasks.
- Support supervisors with team coordination and daily activities.
- Learn Housekeeping procedures, standards and service practices.
- Assist with guest requests and provide warm and professional service.
- Observe and learn from experienced Housekeeping team members.
- Support effective communication between Housekeeping and other departments.
- Maintain positive and professional relationships with guests and colleagues.
Requirements
- Current student or recent graduate.
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good command of English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet applications.
- Knowledge of Opera PMS will be considered an advantage.
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
